Benefits for All Members
ACCT is leading the way forward in preserving and strengthening the integrity and viability of critical care transport. ACCT members have shared values, ideals and commitments to the highest quality patient centered care and transport. ACCT is providing the voice for patients and system accountability at the policy and regulatory table. The immediate benefits of ACCT membership include member services designed to meet the day-to-day needs of programs, business organizations and other members in assuring the delivery of the highest quality critical care and safest transport for patients. The longer- term benefits of ACCT membership include the opportunity to proactively shape the future of critical care transport to achieve our vision of what it should be. In joining ACCT, members will be making an investment in determining their future and receiving immediate tangible services to better address their needs as a member of the critical care transport community.

- A strong and capable voice for advancing the mission, goals, and values of ACCT in the legislative, regulatory and industry arenas
- Active participation in ACCT’s movement toward achieving a better future for critical care transport for patients, and the programs and practitioners that serve them
- Advocacy to achieve ACCT’s current legislative objectives to remove statutory obstacles to a better critical care transport system
- Representation in defining, developing and promoting standards for critical care transport

Regular Members
- Regular members consist of programs providing critical care transport to patients. Membership is based on a corporate ownership. Each regular member may attend meetings and serve on committees, and be elected to the Board of Directors. Each regular member has one vote in electing the Board of Directors and making changes to the Bylaws or in any other matter the Board deems so significant as to require a membership vote.
Regular membership benefits:
- Enabling transport providers to best fulfill their critical care patient mission by sharing best practices, realigning incentives, establishing higher standards and leveling the competitive playing field
- Representation of the strongest values for serving patients before decision makers and within the critical care transport community
- Discounted registration fees for ACCT conferences, seminars, workshops and webinars
- Quality metric benchmarking among ACCT members
Regular membership dues per year are calculated as follows (with a cap at $33,000 per year):
- Membership Fee: $1,100
- Amount per Helicopter: $875
- Amount per Fixed Wing Aircraft: $595
- Amount per Ground Critical Care Vehicle: $310
- An organization eligible for Regular Membership may request from the Board an option of an evaluation period for membership to allow alignment with organization budgets. If approved by the Board, the Organization will be eligible to have one leader participate in the Association for a period not to exceed 12 months.
The Organization shall pay a membership fee equal to the Affiliate member fee, of $660 for one year.

Associate Members
Associate members consist of other business organizations with an interest in promoting the vision, mission and goals of the ACCT. Associate members are able to attend meetings, serve as non-voting members of committees, and may serve as non-voting members of the Board of Directors.
Platinum Associate Member benefits include:
- Option to provide a speaker at ACCT meeting and/or sponsor an ACCT meeting at their location
- Option to have an exhibit booth at the ACCT Spring and Fall Meetings at no cost
- Option to hold a roundtable session at breakfast or lunch at the ACCT Spring and Fall Meetings
- Recognition in each ACCT newsletter as a platinum associate member
- Recognition on the ACCT website
Gold Associate Member benefits include:
- Option to have an exhibit booth at the ACCT Spring and Fall Meetings at no cost
- Option to hold a roundtable session at breakfast or lunch at the ACCT Spring and Fall Meetings
- Recognition in each ACCT newsletter
- Recognition on the ACCT website
Silver Associate Member Benefits include:
- Recognition in each ACCT newsletter
- Recognition on the ACCT website
Associate Membership Dues per year are as follows:
- Platinum Membership: $13,740
- Gold Membership: $5,975
- Silver Membership: $2,720

Affiliate Members
Affiliate members consist of other associations with an interest in promoting the vision, mission and goals of the ACCT. Affiliate members are able to attend meetings, serve as non-voting members of committees, and may serve as non-voting members of the Board of Directors.
Affiliate membership benefits include:
- Participation in ACCT’s work toward to a better critical care transport system
- Shared and collaborative efforts in areas of mutual interest in critical care transport
- Affiliate Membership Dues are $660 per year
Affiliate Membership Enrollment Application
International Members
International members shall consist of transport programs outside of the United States that provide critical care to patients. Membership will be based on corporate ownership. International members may participate in the day to day activities of the Association and may serve on committees.
International membership benefits include all those of other members.
International membership Dues are $1,195 per year.

Individual Members
Individuals with an interest in promoting the vision, mission, and goals of the ACCT whose employer is a regular, associate, international, or affiliate member of ACCT or former patients or crew involved in an accident (including family members of the same) are invited to join as individual members on their own behalf. Individual members are able to attend meetings, serve as non-voting members on committees, and may serve as non-voting member of the Board of Directors.
Individual Membership Dues are $140 per year.
