CareFlite, Texas

Kevin Reynolds is the Chief Operating Officer for CareFlite. CareFlite, a 501(c)(3), nonprofit corporation, was established in 1979 and is the 2nd oldest flight program in Texas. Mr. Reynolds is responsible for operations and oversight of the Air and Ground Clinical Divisions, the Communications Center, Air Clinical Safety, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Compliance. Mr. Reynolds has served in EMS since 1995 as a paramedic. Since assuming a leadership role at CareFlite, Mr. Reynolds has guided the program to excel clinically; training with and transporting IABP, adult ECMO, Impella, high risk obstetrical care, and other complex clinical disciplines. Through a philosophy based on collaboration and service leadership, he has helped administer an outreach education program that delivers high quality training to underserved hospitals, EMS providers, and community crisis resource centers.

Mr. Reynolds graduated magna cum laude from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management. He also holds an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society and currently holds the following professional certifications: EMT-P from the Texas Department of State Health Services and FP-C from the IBSC/BCCTPC.
